Fruit cream …Rakhi special

“Desserts”…just by pronouncing the very name, makes my mouth water. Actually can’t help it, since I have a sweet tooth and festivals give a good reason to satisfy my itch to eat something sweet and delicious.
So my lovelies, let’s prepare this rich, creamy and fruity goodness. I bet this bowl of colorful array of fruits swimming in pool of cream would most definitely add much needed coolness and colors to Rakhi celebrations and your kids are going to love it ..mine do.
Tighten your aprons and accumulate the ingredients first
Serving size 10ppl
Fresh cream 350 grams
Fruits (of your kids choice)
 Apples 2
 Bananas 3
 Pomegranate 1
 Grapes 100 grams (I add black and red seedless grapes , you can add green as well)
Cashew nuts  100grms
Raisins 50 grams
Sugar  2 tablespoons
Cardamom 1/2 tsp (finely grounded)
Saffron 7 to 8 strands
Lemon juice 3tablespoon
Directions:
Cut Bananas and apples in small pieces(try and keep the same size) and dip them in 2 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Peel and deseed the pomegranate.
Cut the grapes in half .
Mix all the fruits together and put it in the fridge (cover the bowl with lid)
Make saffron milk by adding one tablespoon of warm milk and strands of saffron.
Take another bowl mix fresh cream, sugar and saffron milk and cardamom.

Finally add the bowl of cream into the bowl of fruits and add cashew nuts, raisins and one tablespoon of lemon juice.

Mix everything gently without breaking the fruits.
Put this enticing bowl of fruity richness in fridge again with lid or cling film on and serve it cold
